Compatibility error messages
If you just installed a new v4ink HP 63xl ink cartridge into your printer, but "compatibility error" is displayed on the printer.
1. To eliminate this error, gently clean the contacts with a lint-free cloth.
2. After cleaning the point, return the cartridge to the printer, reset the machine and try to print repeatedly.
3. If the error message is still displayed, there is something wrong with your ink cartridge.
Note: Usually speaking, during the manufacturing process, fingerprint oil, plastic tape residue and dry ink will eventually fall on the ink cartridge contacts and cause the problem.
Empty cartridge message
When you install a new v4ink HP 63xl ink cartridge in your print at the first time, the "empty cartridge" message appears on the printer screen.
1. To remove this message, you should clean the gold contacts on the ink cartridge with a muslin cloth at first.
2. Then reset the printer, and press OK.
Note: The error happens because the remanufacturing companies don't reset the gold contact chip on the ink cartridge when it goes through the refurbishing process, and thus this message shows on the screen.
Striped or faded printing
It is a very common problem that stripes or fading appear in the process of printing, whether in ink cartridge or toner cartridge.
The solution is very simple, as long as you clean the print head can make your ink cartridge as perfect as the new one.
